Mighty Max - Max Stuff

On this page you will find details about some of the Mighty Max comics and sticker album that were available back in the mid 1990's. Unfortunately I do not think any of these are available commercially these days, though I have seen some Mighty Max stuff on EBay.

COMICS:

From 23 Nov 94 to 2 Aug 95 there was a series of comics released on a monthly basis based on the Mighty Max cartoon series. Unfortunately the series only lasted for 10 months, and due to lack of demand and popularity the comics were discontinued. Fortunately I collected these as they were released, and had the foresight to keep them all. I still have them today, and perhaps one day they may be worth something.

Each comic had 2 or 3 separate stories, as well as puzzles, competitions, and a "Mighty Mail Bag" where readers could write to Max, and have their letters answered by him. There were also fan pictures submitted and shown.

STICKER ALBUM:

To coincide with the release of the first comic a Mighty Max sticker album was also released. If I remember correctly each comic came with a few stickers, and of course you could also purchase the stickers from shops. The book was published by Merlin Collections. I managed to collect all but one of the stickers (number 141) but I am trying to obtain this last sticker by contacting Merlin Publishing. Hopefully they will be able to help.
